The health of our feet is a significant factor in the overall health of our body. We work on making our joints move properly and our muscles strong. However, how often do we think of the bones in our feet moving naturally and the muscles working properly? Wearing shoes can stop the motion in the foot joints so the muscles are not asked to work. Muscles that don’t work get weak, and then what? Think about it!
